How to repair and maintain the ultrasonic cleaning machine

一、禁止將導(dǎo)電液體(如水)放入超聲波控制柜頂部的進(jìn)風(fēng)口。否則會(huì)嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞清洗機(jī)的管路系統(tǒng)。

1、 It is forbidden to put conductive liquid (such as water) into the air inlet at the top of the ultrasonic control cabinet. Otherwise, the pipeline system of the cleaning machine will be seriously damaged.

二、注意保持超聲波清洗機(jī)清潔，不使用時(shí)請(qǐng)關(guān)掉電源。

2、 Pay attention to keep the ultrasonic cleaner clean. Please turn off the power when not in use.

三、請(qǐng)勿對(duì)超聲波清洗機(jī)碰撞或劇烈震動(dòng)。

3、 Do not bump or vibrate the ultrasonic cleaner.

四、讓全自動(dòng)超聲波清洗機(jī)遠(yuǎn)離熱源。

4、 Keep the automatic ultrasonic cleaner away from heat source.

五、機(jī)器應(yīng)避免在潮濕的環(huán)境中存放，長期存放容易導(dǎo)致設(shè)備氧化生銹，線路潮濕。

5、 The machine should not be stored in a humid environment. Long term storage will easily lead to oxidation and rust of the equipment and damp circuit.

                   

六、超聲波清洗機(jī)的連續(xù)工作時(shí)間不應(yīng)超過4小時(shí)。如果連續(xù)工作時(shí)間過長，應(yīng)將超聲波清洗機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕旋轉(zhuǎn)到“0”位置，冷卻風(fēng)扇應(yīng)繼續(xù)工作，在超聲波清洗不啟動(dòng)的情況下，超聲波控制柜內(nèi)的連續(xù)散熱應(yīng)至少2分鐘。

6、 The continuous working time of ultrasonic cleaning machine should not exceed 4 hours. If the continuous working time is too long, the adjusting knob of the ultrasonic cleaning machine should be turned to "0" position, the cooling fan should continue to work, and the continuous heat dissipation in the ultrasonic control cabinet should be at least 2 minutes when the ultrasonic cleaning is not started.

七、經(jīng)長時(shí)間運(yùn)行的清洗機(jī)，在停機(jī)前應(yīng)將功率旋鈕調(diào)至零位，使用其風(fēng)機(jī)再工作3-6分鐘后關(guān)機(jī)，以保證電源內(nèi)部熱量散出。

7、 After a long time of operation, the power knob should be adjusted to zero before shutdown, and the fan should be used to work for another 3-6 minutes before shutdown, so as to ensure that the heat inside the power supply is dissipated.

八、清洗后，全自動(dòng)超聲波清洗機(jī)的清洗液應(yīng)及時(shí)沉淀、過濾或更換，以保證清洗效果。

8、 After cleaning, the cleaning solution of the automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine should be precipitated, filtered or replaced in time to ensure the cleaning effect.
